It is getting to be back to school time again. Parents and teachers are preparing for the beginning of a new year. Many are buying school supplies or new school clothes. Schedules are being arranged to accommodate drop-off and pick-up times. For some students it will be their first school experience, others are getting close to a long awaited finish line. Wherever your child or grandchild fits into this timeline, Jesus had something special to say about them.
Jesus knows that children of all ages, from infants to teens are precious. Psalm 127:3b says that they are a reward from the Lord. Children are so precious to our Lord that their angels “have constant access to God”! ( Matthew 18:b, Life Application Bible)
How wonderful to know that as we send our precious ones (young and old) off to school, away from our care; that one greater than all, has them in His constant care! His eyes are ever watching over them, His presence is ever with them, they are covered in His protection, and, their guardian angel talks to Him about them!
